2023 East Kentucky Leadership Award recipients

Each year, the East Kentucky Leadership Foundation presents awards for outstanding leadership in specific categories. This year, we are taking a different approach. During and after the 2022 East Kentucky flood so many people stepped up. There were thousands of individual acts of courage, sacrifice, and resilience deserving of recognition. Our 2023 award recipients are representative of many, many others whose service and sacrifice have been instrumental in the region’s recovery.
