Henria Bailey-Lewis

Henria Bailey-Lewis graduated from Clay County High School in 1994. She then graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. Following college, she graduated from UK College of Law.

After graduation, Henria returned to her hometown of Manchester, Kentucky where she practiced law and worked as an associate professor at Eastern Kentucky University - teaching evening classes in government.

In 2008, Henria was appointed, then elected to serve as District Court Judge for the 2nd Division of the 41st Judicial Circuit. The Circuit she covers includes, Leslie, Clay & Jackson Counties.

In addition to her regular work, she also serves as Drug Court Judge for Leslie Circuit Court.

Judge Bailey-Lewis is married to Brian K. Lewis and has one son, Corbin, who was born in 2010. She is a member of Manchester Baptist Church. Judge Bailey-Lewis volunteers her time to many numerous organizations and is passionate about her love for Eastern Kentucky and its people.
