Mike Howell

Mike Howell has served the Big Sandy Area Community Action Program for over 35 years, having accepted leadership of the agency as its Executive Director in 1996. Under his leadership, the agency administers 19 separate programs, focusing on meeting the needs of low-income families and children by providing education, employment, energy assistance, and housing programs.  BSACAP serves Pike, Floyd, Johnson, Magoffin, and Martin Counties
